If you create an account, we process your email address, authentication and security information, and the media IDs you mark as Completed, Owned or Wishlist. Bluehost may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliable delivery.
We also maintain an aggregate visit counter. Holocron Collector does not store IP addresses, device fingerprints or tracking-cookie identifiers for this counter. The counter records only a combined number of visits.
Account and collection data are processed to provide the service you request and sync your collection across devices. Security logs and anonymous aggregate statistics are used for our legitimate interests in protecting, maintaining and understanding the service. We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers or use your collection for marketing.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site uses browser storage for essential functions such as your signed-out collection, selected filters, authentication session and to avoid counting repeated page loads within the same browsing session.
Supabase provides authentication, database and synchronization services. Bluehost hosts the website and processes ordinary hosting logs. These providers may process data outside Norway or the EEA using their applicable contractual and legal transfer safeguards.
Account and collection data are retained while your account remains active and may be removed when your account is deleted or deletion is requested. Hosting security logs are retained according to Bluehost's operational policies. Aggregate visit totals contain no account identifier and may be kept indefinitely.
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@magnumedia.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, where consent applies.
This notice will be updated if analytics, advertising, affiliate links or other data-processing features are introduced.
